During my two years within Cimco Marine we were in a transition phase coming from a development project moving towards a quality controlled serial production company with all that implies in terms of needed procedures and skills within the R&D organisation. It was very inspiring and educational to participate in and lead the R&D part of this company transition.The Oxe Diesel is a fantastic product and the Cimco team as well so Im sure the success story will continue!

During my last year at Getinge Sterilization I was Technical Manager. The technical department consisted of about 40 engineers within the diciplines Process-, Mechanical-, Pressure Vessel-, Electrical- and Software design. The business deals with both customized order design and standard Sterilizers worldwide for Life Science and Healthcare market.

The mechanical team employs about 20 engineers. In this role I was also process owner in the quality management system. During 2012-2013 we did a total remake of the QMS with the aim to be both ISO 13485 and QSR compliant. During my time at Getinge I have been defendant of the product development process at four external 13485 audits and four FDA mock-up audits performed by a former FDA inspector.

I managed a pressure vessel project within a sterilizer platform project. The team consisted of 5 pressure vessel engineers’ designing a pressure vessel platform compatible with pressure vessels codes worldwide (Europe, US, China, Japan & Australia).

Innovationteam was a consultant agency specialized in development of medical devices and we worked almost exclusively with inhouse projects covering all engineering disciplines. The mechanical team employed 15-25 engineers during this time including mechanical engineers, industrial designers, documentation and regulatory affairs.

I continued my degree project, the design of a new generation of breakaway valves for petrol stations. I also created the technical file/CE marking of the vapor recovery system with regard to the ATEX directive
