CEO, founder and majority shareholder. Building a nationalwide construction company and brand, starting with the purchase of EO Jönsson in Herlev, a carpentry business with a modest turnover. Upon closing by the end of 2013, revenue rounded 1 billion dkr., the company was Denmark’s sixth largest construction company and had more than 350 employees. Despite the worst crisis in the market in many years, the company experienced growth through all the years, both revenue and bottom line - and only one year it had a zero result. Growth was conducted through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth – from local to a nationwide brand.Board work remotely, and much organizational work throughout the years.

2000 - 2001: Executive Vice President for installation and construction division, Zealand. Responsible for the turnaround and reducing a division with sales of 2 billion dkr. and 700 employees. 2000: Technical Director of Skanska Denmark, Ballerup. Responsible for the development of new digital set-up of contracts, ensuring quality and KPI. 1996 - 2000: Division Manager and Deputy Head of Division North Jutland (then Ringkøbing, Viborg and North Jutland, and Greenland). 1996 - 2000: Responsible for building the department from 0 to over 300 million dkr. in revenues, based in Herning and offices in Holstebro and Viborg. 1993 - 1995: Dar es Salam, Tanzania. Production Manager responsible for all work on the 5-star Sheraton Hotel. Turnkey project with decor, linen and kitchen ready for operation. 700-800 employees on the project. 1989 - 1993: Project Manager at CG Jensen in Aarhus. Main and turnkey contracts with large part of own production.
