Presently, the team comprises 7 professionals with diverse backgrounds, primarily holding engineering degrees ranging from BSc to PhD.Shaped the strategy and advancement of a specialized sub-department, focusing on road and rail infrastructure projects (e.g. “Förbifart Stockholm”, “Västkustbanan”, extension of Stockholm’s metro system) growing from 0 to 10% market share within the span of 4 years.As a member of the management team, I advise on the selection and implementation of software and work methodologies as well as taking part in recruitment of C-level personnel.

In charge of central Sweden's mechanical transmission component sales to OEMs, resellers, and end users, with a 30 MSEK budget and forecast responsibility. Extensive travel, engaging with diverse clients and applications.

Conducted technical sales of engine room fuel, lubrication machinery and OEMs to major shipyards such as Hyundai, through agents, resellers, and direct engagements with Asian enterprises, acquiring valuable insights into cross-cultural business acumen.

The initial firm, ABS Scanpump, subsequently acquired by Sulzer, initially engaged in technical sales support, and later extended an offer for a role as mechanical designer specializing in agitator systems.
