The project assignment includes several projects setting up real estate monitoring and control systems in a bus terminal (inside Katarinaberget at Slussen, Stockholm) and in the new Stockholm subway extensions; Barkarby, Arenastaden, Nacka, Södermalm, Söderort and Älvsjö and a train depot in Högdalen. Project lead times span 2-10 years with 3-7 core team members.

Team Leader for a HW Top sub-project in Ericsson 5G program

HW Top Team Leader in Ericsson 5G-program, stationed in Kista, Sweden. In this role I co-ordinated resources within Industrial, Mechanical, Thermal, Interconnect and Packaging Design as well as within Sourcing and Supply. I was part of 10 product development projects, AIR6488 B42F (worlds first commercial 5G radio) , AIR6449 B41K, AIR3228 B38A+B78R to mention a few. Team size was at its core ca 5-8 persons - project duration: 12-18 months.

Responsible for software development in a customer implementation project towards Ericsson Turkey and their customer, TûrkTelekom.The purpose with the project was to customize the Zenterio operating system to enable the operation the Ericsson IPTV platform and swap out an existing system in Turkey. 9 different HW-units, Set-Top Boxes, from 3 different suppliers running at ca 500 000 existing end-users were involved in the swap-out.The project was driven in an agile kanban-style with a core of 4-5 developers and 4-6 Subject Matter Experts utilized on demand.

Project Manager (as consultant from Zenon via Sigma) and responsible for purchase, investment and test rig development related to vehicle transmission and engine test cells. Collection of requirement, specification and RFQ work, managing the quotation process in cooperation with the Procurement Department, evaluation of technical solutions and suppliers, resource requests, beeing VCEs representative towards suppliers up until hand-over to Maintenance Department. Head of common project meetings with suppliers. Leader of internal development resources and reporting to Line Managers and Project Managers4-10 investment projects in parallell, 6-18 months lead-time with 5-20 resources per project.

Project manager (as consultant from Zenon AB via ÅF) for the planning phase of a container spreader development project. Scope management, requirement specification, risk analysis, resource requirements, activity mapping towards company strategic goals and scheduling. Mentoring and hand-over to permanently employed junior project manager. The assignment also included adaptation of group-wide (Cargotecs) project model to Bromma Conquips need. 2 product managers, 5 line managers and 7 subject matter experts were involved in the work.

Project Manager (as a consultant from Zenon via ÅF) and responsible for development of radio unit production test fixtures. Project, mostly mechanical design, with a leadtime of 6-18 months had a core team of 3-10 members and followed an application of PROPS.

Project Manager (as a consultant from Zenon) for development, industrialization and NPI of ca 20 sales objects related to high power battery backup systems for eg radio base stations. The assignment also included maintenance of ca 10 sales objects already on the market.

Project Manager (as a consultant from Zenon via Kvadrat) for the field trial of an IP-based enterprise telephony switch, MX-ONE V.3.2, with SIP functionality. The field trial included operations of 14 switches in 8 different countries and spanned 12 months with 7-10 core team members. Acted as a representative for the company setting up legal contracts and sustained contacts with several external parties.

Project Manager and responsible for planning and execution of development, industrialization and launch of products for electrical installation for the European market. The projects spanned 12-24 months with 5-10 core team members and 5-50 MSEK budget. Responsibility for the project profitability meaning financial follow up 9-12 months after product launch.

2000, 19 months at Skanova Networks, TeliaSonera, Process Manager/developer (as a consultant for Ki Consulting)Responsibility for mapping demands of the line organization and functional demands of broadband services to develop and implement invoicing workflows at Skanova Networks within TeliaSonera. Included was requirement specification and follow-up of purchases of supporting IT-systems.1999, 12 months at Skanova Networks, Telia, Project Manager (as consultant at Telia ProSoft)Responsibility for function, time and budget of the Telia Bredband ADSL service at Skanova Networks, TeliaSonera. Included was budgeting as well as responsibility for resources as well as customer contacts at project manager level. 3 month on-site start-up followed by logistical support from Sweden.
