Per Holst is a Senior Project manager, skilled in PPS, PROPS, PEJL and RUP terminology, methods and experienced in handling major programmes and multiple projects. Both IPMA B and Programme MSP certified.Per has worked with National Key accounts, System sales and Project management since 1983 and has been a Project manager since 1993. He has several years experience of Project management in development, transition, transformation, consolidation, implementation, Centralisation, outsourcing, merger and migration projects, programmes and multiple complex projects in the Bank, Finance, Public, Health/Welfare,Telecom, Insurance, IT and in several Finance areas.As a person Per is very target and action–oriented, when it comes to fulfilling the objectives in the project/programme and eager to fulfil management commitment according to the objectives and the time schedule decided by the Project owner/sponsors.Today I work in Tieto, Project services who helps Tieto´s customers in Sweden to modernize their IT infrastructure for the digitalized world. We are 130 senior professionals supported by +40 consultants covering the whole chain of IT infrastructure renewal, from technology experts, architects as well as strong Transition and Project managers.
