    Luxury Media ApS is the publishing company behind Luxury Aficionados - the largest luxury magazine in Denmark and Norway. Luxury Aficionados has been published since 2010 in Denmark and is recognized as the ultimate guide to luxury products, travel, gastronomy and other experiences. Luxury Aficionados is published with 6 annual issues in Denmark and 4 annual issues in Norway.As the Editor in Chief and CEO I am responsible of creating high-quality editorial content, optimizing the team and finding new talent, giving motivation and feed-back to editors and journalists, optimizing advertisement sales and cooperations with our commercial partners, overlooking the current financial status including approving the annual report, production management including printing contracts and all other structural issues.In my period as CEO of Luxury Media A/S the magazine market has been a dramatic transition. Therefore optimization of the portfolio, the organization and the business model has been key to success. In 2020 I launched Luxury Aficionados on the Norwegian market. A market with high interest in luxury products and with a population with the highest average income in the Nordic countries. The magazine has been well received among the advertisers allthough the launch took place at the same time as the closedown due to the covid-19 pandemic.In my years as CEO of Luxury Media A/S the company has always delivered a positive end of year result which is uncommon in the magazine business during this period.

Responsible for financial and editorial strategies for each business unit in Aller Media A/S. This included all weekly magazines, monthly magazines, kids and youth media, digital media and client publishing businesses.As the COO of Aller Media A/S I was an accessible and empathetic leader of all 400 employees in my staff, but on a daily basis I was primarily leading the organization via other leaders. In most cases the editors in chief of blockbuster titles such as Billed-Bladet, Familie Journal, SE og HØR, Femina etc and profiled fashion and interior and design magazines as ELLE, Mad & Bolig, IN, Isabellas, ELLE Decoration among others. But also leading the organization via commercial and sales driven directors in the Client Publishing and Marketing Services division as well as content creators and commercial talents in the Digital division. As COO I was part of the management team participating in the Board Meetings along with the CEO and CFO of Aller Media A/S. In my time as COO of Aller Media A/S the company on my initiative launched new magazine titles and closed others, initiated an effective and coordinated digital strategy and becoming the 5th biggest overall digital publisher in Denmark, topped the market share with a revenue share of 78% of the weekly magazine market compared to the competitor Story House Egmont, established the position of publisher of the two bestselling celebrity magazines (Billed-Bladet + SE og HØR), the two bestselling family magazines (Familie Journal + Ude og Hjemme) and the bestselling and a close runner-up as no. 3 among women's magazine (Søndag + Femina). On my initiative Aller Media A/S bought client publishing companies and free magazine companies Chili Group A/S and Where2Go A/S to reduce and control the cannibalization of revenue from independent free media.

    Responsible for developing marketing strategies, subscription based marketingmodels, market research, datadriven sales models, business innovation, distribution, dealership and leading the advertising sales department with a competitive and result oriented mindset.As CMO and CSO of Aller Media A/S I developed and encouraged a competitive and innovative mindset in the commercial departments. This resulted in campaign models never seen before such as high-value give aways on the cover of the magazines (such as musical CD's, movies on DVD's, watches etc) and combined sales models with magazines + a premium DVD's with targeted TV-series (such as Midsummer Murders with Chief Inspector Barnaby and others). I also initiated the participation af Aller Media A/S as a partner of TV2 and Kræftens Bekæmpelse across all magazine titles to support the cure of cancer and to promote the Aller company brand and the individual magazine titles. We developed a pin of the now wellknown cancer flower, a graphic flower on a pin to be bought combined with an Aller magazine title, and thereby raising the biggest amount to the fundraising from an external partner. The campaign is still running each year in week 42+43 and Aller is still the biggest donor of funds raised from the sale of the pin. Nothing significantly has been changed since the launch of the campaign many years ago.
