Head of production for ten water production plants, ten sewage treatment plants, storm water and gas and digester plants, with full P&L accountability.Business units involved sixty-five people and the annual manufacture six million cubic meters of drinking water. Spearheaded the implementation of renewable energy initiatives, such as solar panels and biogas generation, to power water and wastewater treatment plants.Delivered both new digital infrastructure to the production line as lean workflows as part of the company’s digital transformation strategic initiative, as well as renewable programs to support the European Union’s overall climate goals.Collaborated closely with Amazon web services during their establishment of their first two data centers in Katrineholm. We worked closely together in this renewable program.Ensuring the conditions for people's daily health and well-being. Every day, all year round, my team does its best to leave as few traces on our environment as possible for future generations.How do we do this?Through strategic decisions, innovative working methods, and an annual operations and investment budget of 200 million SEK, we develop our 21 production facilities and our 800 kilometers of pipeline network that branch out within parts of Sörmland.I am often out in the business community and local municipalities to represent the company. Norrköping

 Operational manager for Telia’s Corporate Customer Service, 160 salespersons, production planners, a sales coach and 13 sales managers which I lead. We work with sales to small and medium-sized companies in Sweden. The units where located in the following cities: Luleå, Gävle, Stockholm, Norrköping, Karlstad, Kalmar, Gothenburg and Helsingborg.

 My job was to, in 7 months, implement rationalisation and efficiency improvement in two administrative groups. The group was 1½ years behind administratively with their order queues. We changed the working method in 4 months and brought the order queues down to 1 day. I collaborated on a monthly basis with TeliaSonera’s personnel organisations.

 Responsible for TeliaSonera’s customer input for delivery issues. Personnel manager for 30 employees. Increased our SLA (service level agreement) from 40% to 80% with regard to response service and accessibility for Telia’s and Skanova’s customers. The group was also extended during this period with regard to tasks and personnel.

 Sales responsibility for 200 million Swedish kronor. Personnel manager for a group of 20 employees. Shut down three departments and concentrated these groups from Nyköping and Linköping to a common office in Norrköping.

 Worked with the development of the area’s three sales interfaces, shop, customer service and technician visits. Handled procurement of radio and newspaper advertising. Created customer events at trade fairs and at the collaborating partners.
