Built up a functioning Incident Manager function from a basic level to winning the award as "best team" at HM IT.Today, the duties are to handle critical Incidents with the help of internal resources and international suppliers to minimize Business Impact including communication to stakeholders as well as leading workgroups for complicated problems.Partly management and improvement/change of the process, follow-up of the process and produce reports and statistics as well as follow-ups, training and change management of the organization.

Employed as the first OAR (Operations Area Responsible) at HM with the task of bridging the gap between Development and Operation.The model spread to a department of 300 people, where we implemented DevOps 15 years ago.Global delivery responsible for application operation including support and infrastructure for the Online/Marketing areas as well as Business Support Functions and Shared Support Functions covering over 20 business-critical systems.This also included budget responsibility for personnel and operating costs, requirements for other parts of the IT department as well as procurement managers and follow-up on external suppliers.
