I have a six-week assignment as Interim CFO for Anticimex Austria ending mid-March, where after I will commence a new assignment for a FMCG retail chain in Stockholm, Sweden. I was assigned to this project because of my fluency in German and knowledge of German/Austrian accounting.

I had an assignment as Interim CFO for the Transcom Group with 30 000 employees in 28 countries. Transcom is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic stock exchange. Largest shareholder is Kinnevik. Transcom is a global customer experience specialist, providing customer care, sales, technical support and credit management services.

I had an assignment as Interim CFO for this e-trade group of companies with sales totalling SEK 3.4 Billion. CDON Group is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic stock exhange (mid-cap).

As interim CFO, I was in charge of all financial aspectes within the group of companies of some 1600 people. Cybercom Group is listed on the NASDAQ OMX Nordic stock exchange in Stockholm, Sweden. The assignment was completed Mid May 2012 once the permanent replacement was on board.

I held the position on an interim basis for 20 months until the permanent CFO was on board. I was in charge of all financial and business control aspects within Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark, Norway).

Interim Business Controller/CFO for Culinoma GmbH (Nobia) (a joint venture within the kitchen retail industry in Germany between the Swedish listed company Nobia AB and the dutch DMG). Involved improving governance and control of the 87 kitchen retail shops in Germany as well as group accounting tasks.

I was in charge of all financial and business control aspects within the Eurostep group present in six countries. In addition, I was project leader for the implementation of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly "Axapta"). I was hired by the chairman who is also chairman of my previous employer Acando and member of the board of Ericsson AB (among others).

I first held the position as CFO for Resco AB which was subsequently merged with AcandoFrontec AB. I was then appointed CFO for the new merged Acando group, listed on NasdaqOMX-Nordic stock exchange. I reported to the CEO and president Lars Wollung. Acando was present in 10 countries. Substantial M&A, capital market, board, group accounting (IFRS), business control and planning activities.

I assumed overall responsibility for finance and controlling, was part of the Swedish management team and reported directly to the country manager and "dotted line" to the VP Finance in England. My main tasks and responsibilities were financial planning, management reporting, year-end closure and corporate tax planning.

I took on the position after the UK Post Office (Royal Mail) had bought a majority stake in the company. My responsibility embraced finance/business control, IT/IS, procurement, cars, real estate and security. I implemented a new IT organization and started the review process regarding our internal processes in order to introduce a new ERP system. A large focus on enhancing internal processes, productivity and other profitability drivers to improve financial control of the various sites and regions.

During my first four years within Posten group, I was CFO for the rapid-growth Nordic Mail group, consisting of the parent company in Stockholm, our subsidiary in London and our business in Denmark. I then was IT Controller for the whole Posten group.

The first three years, I assumed the role for the Swedish company and the latter three years for the German company as well as accounting manager/controller for the region "Central and Eastern Europe" (during which time I lived in Germany). The US Company DuPont and the Japanese FujiFilm jointly owned Crosfield. Functional reporting to the parent in the UK.
