Responsible for the production site in Sandviken as well as the production site in Ennepetal Germany.Production of steel belts for industrial application such as wood based panels, baking and coolers

Responsible for the production of steel belts for a wide range of applications.Sandvik Process Systems is a world leading manufacturer of steel belts for industrial convaying. This includes baking and chocolate manufacturing, chemical processing as well as wood based panels.Production managment covers responsibilities for safety and quality in the workshop as well as the full order to delivery process. Close contact with sales units, market functions, service and customer is mandatory inorder to manage the best possible product for the demanding steel belt users.

PU Manager for the Wire Mill in Sandviken. Manufacturing of Welding, Specialty and Heating wire.

PU manager for the larget production unit within Business Unit Welding.

Responsible for the sales and marketing of Sandvik Material Technology products in the area of Tubes in oil and gas applications. Manager for a group of product managers and marketing specialists.

Resopnsible to coordinate the change program in the Tube area of SMT. Currently we are running 5 parallell initiatives ranging from value based selling to order stock profile and lean order to offer.

Facilitating change within the sales organisation of Sandvik Materials Technology.Sandvik is currently running a vast change program within the areas; Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Purchasing, Product Renewal & Human Recources. To make this change happen "taskforces" of so called Navigators has been created. The Navigators is organized directly beneath the companys' steering group and work as change facilitators to see too that this change program take effect according to plan.

Managin the production of endless belts for Sandvik Process Systems. Member of the management team.

Maintenance engineer for bleach and drying of pulp at Skutskär mill, Stora Enso. Manager of 10 engineers and technichians.

Project manager for ramping up production of 3G equipment at the Gävle factory.

Produciton manager for two hot rolling mills producing hot rolled rings for the bearing industry. Member of the local management team.
