All projects are important, but some leave a bigger impression than others due to different circumstances.New labelling management system: The technical challenges of implementing a new printing solution for a global production setup, with many different hardware setups. The sense of importance of knowing that failure here will impact ability to supply our customers. New document management system: Having the best people for the sufficient amount of time with the closeness to the decision makers who trusted the team. A winning combo.New HR system: Re-aligning processes and a data from legacy system. Understanding the importance of the HR system in regards to feeding correct information to other key IT systems. Getting an insight into data migration in a HR operations world.New advanced planning system: Seeing how 3 important business processes, Demand management, S&OP and Operational planning can be integrated and how much work effort in integration and change management it takes.New Master Data Management system: First take on agile approach outside internal transformation workshops. Coaching, cooperative vendors, highly skilled and trusting team members made it work. All future processes were implemented using SCRUM, due to this great start.New system for Market Expansion Plans and Price Appovals: Seeing the true value of early business value as a result of executing the project using SCRUM. We did more with less.New Digital Customer Program: First project that needed a scaled agile framework. Learned practical implementation of SAFE in a reduced form. Took part in faciliting an in-person PI Planning and 1 virtual. Further understanding the value of vision and output vs. outcome / efficiency vs. effect.

Gained insight into medical device quality, FDA requirements, ISO standards, IT validation and IT project management.Led IT projects for systems / processes like: CAPA, Non conformance reporting, Complaint handling, QMS, document management system, training records.
