1 of 2 main tasks as a TOL was leading a team of test engineers. Scope of work was complete test coverage (development and production) of mobile phone products (i.e software flashing, RF-test (GSM, WCDMA, LTE etc) and logic test). Test reporting was the second major task which includes creating custmomized customer reports (SQL and Excel) to support the development for the given product.
