Shortly after the acquisition it was decided to move the HQ functions to Malmø. I was appointed interim CFO and responsible for setting up and training of the new finance team in Malmø.

In 2004 appointed as Senior Group Controller responsible for the controller team in HQ and additionally 8 finance managers in the sales subsidiaries in Europe and US (dotted lines).
