Avinode came out of the Master Thesis project that I wrote together with Niklas Berg and Niclas Wennerholm at Chalmers School of Entrepreneurship. Founding an internet company focused on aviation in August of 2001 was very challenging. The Dot.com bubble had bust 6-9 months earlier and 9/11 happened just a few weeks later, so zero opportunities to pitch to.

Through out Avinode´s history, we three founders have rotated roles and responsibilities. This also was true about the CEO role. Three different personalities that complements each others´s strength and weaknesses makes for a very powerful constellation. Constantly learning from each other.My CEO rotation ended prematurely, with Avinode Inc urgently.
