I primarily work with the E3 system, which handles significant portions of an energy company's system support for customer management, billing, and supplier switching functions. The E3 system consists of three parts, one of which has provided support for supplier switching in the system regarding PRODAT/APERAK. I have been responsible for the development and functionalities of this part for the past 14 years. Much of my time is spent working in PL/SQL.I have also been in charge of the customer working group for the past ten years. This working group comprised a mix of personnel from Tieto and elected representatives from client companies, including Göta Energi, Elverket, Bestel, Arvika Energi, and Uddevalla Energi. The group was responsible for driving development forward and assisting clients with system improvements in the areas of supplier switching functions and, in recent years, customer management (delivery methods, address management, customer issues, etc.). In the group, I led the work and developed solutions, largely on my own.During parts of the time when Tietoevry was developing a new system, namely TSU and MDM, I served as the Scrum Master for a significant portion of 2018.Primarily involved in development, optimization, and data import, especially during a significant migration under 2023 where all data was read into a new data warehouse.

Rehired at Tieto in Östersund as a business consultant. This occurred after my period as an independent consultant.

The job involved ensuring the smooth operation of the cinema, including tasks such as overseeing the staff, creating schedules, maintaining contact with other cinemas, and providing ongoing training.

I have gained significant expertise in programming and implementing solutions through RPG4. Additionally, I have acquired a strong understanding of the AS/400 platform. Unfortunately, in April 2002, I will be ending my employment due to a shortage of work. Entra is closing down two local offices, one in Östersund and one in Gothenburg.
