In my role as Compensation and Benefit manager, I am primarily responsible for running Swedbank's incentive programs, benefits, gender equality and statistics. In addition, I also work to some extent with pensions and insurances. My responsibility in these areas is both strategic as well as operational.One of my major resonsibilites is project manager for the delivery of shares from Swedbank's two incentive programs to all countries. The project is active for most of the year and includes both preparatory and execution fo the delivery.I also provide our remuneration committee with information focusing on variable pay with market analyzes, proposals for future strategies for our programs, information on how future and current regulations may affect the design of the programs.Ensure that Swedbank complies with the regulations and guidelines that exist within Sweden and the EU, e.g. keep up to date with the latest regulations.Support Swedbank's HR Managers within C&B related qustions such as incentive progrmas as well as benefits, statistics and questions concerning wages and discrimination. This involves training HR organization, producing training materials, support for the HR director and HR managers for each business area and country.Update and highlight Swedbank's benefits. This includes reviewing today's benefits, analyzing whether the benefits we have today are right for our employees. Educate and support the HR organization.Drive the salary survey process within Sweden and analyze unjustified salary differences at Swedbank Group. Together with union representatives, review and analyze salary gaps within and pursue the issues within Swedbank Group.Due to my broad knowledge of Excel and the analytical ability that I have, statics is also included as part of my role. Prepare analysis material for HR documentation as basis for for the management team, the board or the remuneration committee.
