En del HR Opperation, hvor den primære opgave er driftssupport til ledere og medarbejder, herunder kontraktskrivning, fratrædelseshåndtering, svare på spørgsmål om ferie, overenskomster og behandling af HR system (SuccesFactors). Opgaver i SuccesFactor består af ajourføring af People Profile, rekrutteringssupport i form af stilling- og jobrekvisitionsoprettelse, oprettelse af medarbejdere og konsulenter samt håndtering af organisationsændringer i systemet.

- System manager for DK LMS (Saba Cloud) - including creation and updating of competencies, roles, courses, classes and activities. As well as the creation of e-learning (Articulate Rise), including creating an integration between FU courses and Saba Cloud. Personnel administration in form of allocation what's mentioned above as well as updating personal data.- Head responsible for Epos HR - including setup and updating of organization, templates and fields. As well as import of salary data and reporting of employee data.- Co-responsible for Visma HR - including creating and updating organizational overview, company and department managers, user access, special information, documents, reports, etc.- Co-responsible for recruitment module Visma Addo - creation of templates and forms with adapted signing flow for the intended purpose.- Educational coordination - coordination of everything practical in connection with the group's courses. Including communication to course locations, course participants and instructors.

- Business system owner of the HR administration system (SuccessFactors), including ongoing development of the system and reports for use in the payroll department, by managers, etc.- Continuous maintenance and creation of data fields, types of absence and general updating of data in SuccessFactors.- Responsible for EDI (Employee development interviews) launch in SuccessFactors, as well as support and advice of the same.- Mainly responsible for conducting the ESS (employee satisfaction survey) 2019 for Denmark, Germany and France.- Data manipulation in Excel e.g. using formulas and pivots for presenting and reporting to management, CSR, EDI and ESS reports etc.- Task manager for the department's HR student assistant.- Preparation of contracts for specialists, managers, hourly and salaried employees, as well as various supplements, resignations and agreements.- Preparation of GDPR course material.- GDPR course coordinator for over 800 Danish employees, as well as teaching these.- Preparation of scripts for internal use in the event of objections, breaches, etc., including process descriptions and descriptions for the use of data storage sites.- HR GDPR responsible, as well as preparing documentation for the departments internal processes.
