With 30 years of rewarding experience in engineering, project management, and last 20 years having the privilege to be in different functional management roles, I have created a foundation on which I can continue to develop, be curios and lead individuals and teams towards common goals. My diverse background includes managing global R&D teams, in complex environment, as well as driving cultural transformation. I have successfully launched multiple products and optimized R&D teams, to develop innovative products cost effectively. My leadership style is adapting, emphatic, thoughtful, culturally aware, positive and solution oriented. The goal and driving force I have is simply, while powerful, to ensure making everything I touch better than it was before, as I may not be able to change the world, while I can make it better everyday.
