Selling and advising customer the right analytical instrument to meet their requirements. Achieving significant new sales to a number of breweries, grain intakes, food and feed manufactures.

The company is one of the leading suppliers of ingredients to the Food Industry worldwide.Area of responsibility: Testing ingredients in a board variety of foodstuff, Participating in development projects.Task & Achievements: Working on several developments; Flavour release in chewing gum, water retention in scrimps, extrusion of hydrocolloids to obtain new functionalities, 0 fat mayonnaise, cheese coating, optimise chocolate stability, better crunchiness in Snacks, creating a matrix between hydrocolloid and emulsifiers for spreads, Edible coating etc.The matrix for spreads was some years later put into production. Edible coating was my final project and was used to clarify if there were positive effects obtainable. This was proven significant and 2 years later in-depth project was founded by Dansico at "landbohøjskolen"
