VF employs direct and indirectly more than 10.000 people. • Co-designed, implemented and executed the five-year business strategy agreed in 2005 to increase the turnover more than ten times (more than USD 500 Mio.) and significantly improved the profitability of the company.• Built a strong team and provided leadership and strategic direction for the organization in archiving the strategy plan.• Developed the Asia key suppliers of the company to become leading companies within their industry.• Built strong sales offices with global coverage. • Increased productivity and reduced costs. • Led the acquisition and integration of a Belgium company, which became the key supplier to the company’s water products.

Accoat is fully owned by the Stock Exchange quoted company SP Group. The SP Group has a turnover of around USD 300 Mio. and employs close to 2000 people. Accoat is among Europe’s leading companies for industrial Teflon coating. The coated products range from very small needles to large tank facilities. Maersk Container Industry China – the world’s largest reefer container factory with around 2000 employees and turnover of more than USD 100 Mio. • Responsible for the due diligence and the takeover/acquisition of JINDO Qingdao (Korean company). Later Maersk Container Industry China.• Making the first asset deal ever in China with approval from the authorities in Beijing.• Turned the company around from a loss of around USD 30 Mio. to a profit of USD 15 Mio. in 3 years.• Managed to attract all the major international shipping and leasing companies as customers by building a strong reputation for being the number one quality reefer manufacture worldwide. 80% of the production was sold to third party customers.

Maersk Container Industri – A highly automated container factory in Denmark with more than 500 employees and a turnover of more than USD 200 Mio. • Part of the Executive Committee for a highly automated Green Field factory in Denmark. In charge of finance, accounting, HR, IT and purchasing.• The factory was up and running on time and became a very profitable company.
