Driven by a passion for business and leadership, I manage Mation Media AS, an influencer marketing agency I founded at 19. In just Q2 and Q3 of 2024, our influencers collectively generated over 84 million views across TikTok and Instagram. I oversee and negotiate brand partnerships, managing B2B relations with companies to secure deals that elevate brand awareness, boost sales, and help businesses reach engaged niche communities through trusted voices.As a regimental representative in the Norwegian Armed Forces, I honed my skills in effective leadership and communication under pressure. Responsible for over 500 soldiers across six locations, I regularly represented their interests in daily meetings with C-level military executives. My role involved managing and resolving complex issues, balancing the needs of both soldiers and the organization, while ensuring clear and efficient communication between all parties to maintain operational cohesion.In addition to running Mation Media, I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Economics and Administration at NTNU Handelshøyskolen.
