The role involves managing the engineering organization, developing and implementing highly focused and aligned organizations and processes to ensure that safety, technical operations, financials and contractual commitments are achieved. My focus is to lead the Engineering organization to deliver on commitments in all markets, but also to develop the organizational structure, processes, tools and automation to be well adapted for future growth by leading and driving strategic change management and continuous improvements.
