Maskinparken bestod av 4st CNC fräsmaskiner 4 st CNC svarvar och 2 st karusellsvarvar samt manuella maskiner såsom fräs, svarv, palarborrmaskiner, kilsspårdragning. Jag hade även hand om svetsverkstaden med 3 svetsare samt 2 metallsprutare. Lämneå har under min tid vuxit i omsättning och antal anställda och var fram till Corona krisen välmående. Omvärldens nedstängning gjorde att försäljningen minskade dramatiskt.

From the decision to close down the factory in Finspång, Sweden and move production to Holland my main focus was organization and the people in it.I was chairman of the white collar people and also a member of the board in Aurubis. During this time we tried to prepare the employees for new jobs and our focus was to maintain high productivity at the same time as we aimed for zero accidents and injuries.

Working close to production with improving yield, productivity quality losses, improving safety, ergonomics. Implementing new technology. Responsible for 5 CCD camera systems for surface inspection. Developed a new slitting technic for slitting narrow widths2005-2009 Project Autopack was implemented. Autopack is the name for our automatic packing system and consisted of 7 portal robots and 4 industrial robots 1 high storage, 2 AGV (laser guided forklifts). It was designed to handle 70 000 ton copper as coils and packing them on wooden pallets with plastic wrapping and labeling
