Performs project management duties on a project supporting and delivering software enhancement releases for budgeting applications used by Housing and Urban Development (HUD); to include SDLC management, status/progress reporting, development and execution of project plans, establish and maintain project schedules, enforcement of standards and guidelines, and project administration. Interfaces with the client’s functional and technical representative.Developed and maintained an online project repository (eRoom site) that tracks project details to a degree that facilitates effective Earned Value Management, accurate progress monitoring and reporting, and automatically collects evidence for CMMI Level 3 re-certifications.Highly involved in gathering evidence from my project repository for our CMMI Level 3 re-certification.
