Since joining Deloitte in 2001, I worked on projects spanning various strategic HR areas including HR audit, change management, communication, organisational structure and design, competency development, career pathing, talent strategies, workforce planning and employee value proposition. My industry experience includes energy, postal services, financial services, telecommunications and the public sector.I played a role in developing a methodology together with a global Deloitte team for Talent Strategies and Workforce Planning.
