Florentines Patisserie is a large manufacturing and marketing company of premium frozen cakes and desserts for the food-service and retail sectors in New Zealand, Australia, Pacific Islands, Tahiti and Dubai. During the time I worked here I dabbled in a lot of the different sectors in the company firstly starting in the cake decorating department then moving to the packing room and on to the warehouse floor, doing ordering and keeping stocks at the correct amounts in regards to lean manufacturing.
