My responsibilities include•Take the lead role in planning and execution work for the multi-displine project that involve plant turnaround. •Responsible for technical for tender proposal preparation for catalyst change-out works.•To prepare finalized documents (Schedule and packing list), purchase & hire, subcontracting and mobilization plan.•To strategise, lead, drive manage and control project scope requirement which include planning, define exact scope and controlling.•To compile and update equipment movement, maintenance records.•Specialist job for catalyst loading / unloading.•Liaison with clients, sub-contractors and site control during the plant turnaround and services.•To maintain up-to-date company project marketing literature, capability data and project experience list•To liaise with Operation Manager and assist to resolve the operation issues.•To supervise departmental staff and routine functions.•Manpower resourcing and planning
