I must and want to serve people in organizations to navigate change and grow, there lies my growth and fulfilment. I am an ardent believer of principles, values, empathy, and respect healthy collaboration.I believe that the professional journeys make the most of life stories vividly interesting. I love interacting with new people, be it, professionals, professors, students and entrepreneurs and listen to their different perspectives. This helped in renewing my thought process constantly to better understand.I love designing interactive presentations, listen to people perspectives and work towards implementation of processes and projects. My experience revolves around general management as I love connecting different pieces and weave possibilities for better outcomes. I would now want to focus on organizational development and change. My curiosity led to inquisitive exploration of thoughts and inculcated the habit of learning and experimentation. My career began working with a German company and then shifted to the start-up environment to explore new dimensions of people, the way of work, workplace and business. It has been an exciting and meaningful journey.
