I am a student and resident assistant at the University of Florida, where I am studying computer science with a math minor. As an RA, I provide support and guidance to fellow students living in the campus dormitories. I am also pursuing a bachelor of science degree in computer science, with an interest in software engineering and blockchain technology.One of my extracurriculars is the UF badminton club in which I serve as president and a collegiate athlete. As fundraising chair, I have hosted multiple events to help raise money for the club's future endeavors, and as a collegiate athlete, I have traveled to different states to play tournaments against the likes of Yale, Georgia Tech, and the University of Pennsylvania. Over the summer of 2023, I had the chance to work as a technology intern at Wateroam, a social enterprise that provides clean water solutions to rural communities. I helped the company improve its existing technologies and advised them on the best blockchain platform to use for their operations. I also represented the company at various startup and tech expositions, where I networked and learned from different industry experts and peers. Through these experiences, I developed and enhanced my communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, as well as my passion for innovation and social impact. I am eager to join an organization that values diversity, collaboration, and creativity, and where I can contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives.
