Initiate a scope 3 inventory, measuring emissions from categories that are identified as the easiest lift for JCC staff.- Perform eight waste audits at representative farm, internal, and external, events, plus a three-day whole-building audit. I will extrapolate this information to provide an estimate on top annual waste categories to inform our final recommendations.
