Twenty five talented individuals work with me and our Financial Controller, Service Delivery Manager, Sales Manager (US) and Marketing Manager all report directly to me. I also deal with all our distributors including Microsoft. ◾️ I began this business in my homeland of Denmark before coming to New Zealand with the business twenty years ago. The business began as a traditional IT supplier of software for things like customer relations management. We worked with big organisations like Auckland City Council (The Edge), Aon insurance, the legal firm Bell Gully, Hynds, LIC, Port Taranaki and many others. ◾️ Everything changed when we introduced our flagship product, Crossware Mail Signature. We pioneered the creation of the first email signature solution for Microsoft Office 365, changing the way company signatures were formatted and delivered through its intelligent and dynamic email signature application. This solution came out of the necessity for an IT manager to travel to small towns in New Zealand each year to change digital signatures on individual desktops. ◾️ Our solution eliminates this need by dealing with signatures on the server. We created a service in the cloud integrated into Office 365. We were the first company in the world to develop a closed loop delivering this solution, it took 9 months for a competitor to copy our design and even then our technology remains superior. ◾️ Our people (most of whom have been employed with us for 10+ years) are at the forefront of technology. We were the first in the world with browser-based signature design and now have thousands of customers worldwide, processing millions of emails a day. We have representatives in the UK and US and are focusing on Singapore as a new market. 👍🏻 I'm passionate about the SaaS industry and I have a personal philosophy that says we have to both earn money AND have fun – the balance of these two elements is crucial.

◾️ I had eight years at Noteware A/S doing IT management and consultancy. After this period, I decided to start my own business so I could make the decisions about what IT work I would undertake. ◾️ One of the first assignments was for the Ministry of Social Affairs. There was a focus on the triple bottom line (profit and social responsibility were both important).

◾️ I did IT services and consultancy and as Director of Homerule my mission was to manage certain IT affairs for the government. ◾️ In this role as head of the IT company of the Homerule I had 40 people reporting to me.

◾️ Danapak are major package manufacturers in Denmark with factories across Denmark. I was employed to manage IT across all manufacturing plants.

◾️ Scandinavian Airlines originally had a major catering division where I was managing the IT operations in Scandinavia.
