Heading up organisations in Norway, Poland, Denmark and Sweden at ENIRO Initiatives AB (INC) I created and implemented a longterm business and UX strategy with the intent to start a revolution in the yellow search industry in northern Europe. The first results where seen by the board of directors in december 2012 and spread to the shareholders, creating new found belief in the company. Together with the plans for company savings and sales teams it resulted in a substantial rise in the share value (+300% in one year) and a continued EBITDA of almost 1billion SEK.

@ Magic 8 Studio we crafted User Experience platforms for our clients to become leading brands. We also authored new eXperience scenarios visualized & prototyped immersive products, content and services. In sum we where a creative ensemble orchestrating & directing breakthrough innovations.The company was sold to Spark Creativity in 2012.

Previously with SonyEricsson (Sony U(x)nited), as Creative Director and Head of Creative Interface Design, I lead global multi-disciplinary creative teams of between 10 to 45 to advance UX disciplines jointly alongside engineering, product planning and marketing. Together we co-created successful products within Cybershot, Walkman, Xperia and Greenheart lines constantly evolving and learning from ups and downs in a fast paced market. My final responsibility and delivery included the smallest android powered phone Xperia X10 mini (pro). It received the Red Dot products design award and was a great sales success.
