As a PM I was a part of two different machine learning constellations – one smaller team, then the whole ML organisation. The main focus areas for both of those constellations were track adaptation, music generation and multimodal search (audio+text and video+text).

As a part of that journey the Tech department grew from 5 to 165 people – from 1 team to 29 teams organised into 5 domains.Almost half of the teams were product teams. The other were centralised support functions that supported product teams.

Videoplaza develops a video monetisation platform. The focus is to help premium publishers, like traditional broadcasters and big newspapers, to monetise the new tv – web sites, mobile apps and connected tvs.The products/features I have been part of developing as product manager at Videoplaza has been across the whole platform, but my main responsibilities.

My main responsibility was to make sure that our client side SDKs and video player plugins for integration with our platform was a consistent and technically sound offering. I also acted as a software developer in the team building the suite.We built SDK and video player plugins for Flash, Silverlight, HTML5, iOS and Android.

When one of my colleagues went on parental leave I filled his position as Team lead and Scrum master for the team that writes our client side integration tool suite. The main, and in the end successful, task during that period, outside of running the day to day, was to grow the team with two additional software developers.

In the beginning of 2010 OneAlyze Sweden spun of two sister companies: one for cleantech projects and one for measuring customer behaviour. Around the time of our reorganisation I took over OneAlyze Sweden’s former CTO's responsibilities. Together with a experienced new hire I ran the customer behaviour company much like a startup.

In the first 6 months at OneAlyze I built two prototypes, a web crawler and a CRM-system that visualised data patterns through graphs.

A classmate from KTH and myself successfully ported the open source web browser engine WebKit to Ericsson's mobile platform. We also built a very limited proof of concept web browser based on that port.
