-Responsibility.-For my regions UK, Ireland and Scandinavia I have to support my Global teams and local management teams with insight for my area.-Pneumatic, hydraulics and power transmission.-Sensors ,switches and Industrial relays.-I have to provide, market insight, monitor and report competitor information, pricing and local product insight performance.-I monitor sales and profit performance, sales force support and training, customers visits, advice for local sales price.-Local tactical opportunities, local relationship with suppliers-Plan and execute short and long term marketing objective, local marketing plans, pricing and margin check for promotions, managed local supplier funding.-I have managed to have a significant growth over the last 3 year where I have had the responsibility for Automation and Control, by inspiring internal and external sales to change their mind set on how and where to sell automation product in a region where wholesalers are very strong represented. This is done by internal and external sales training how to sell more, training in related products ,ect. and using may years knowledge in market insight/price structure and competitors strong and pure performance.-Results:-I have received awards for changing the way we work, before and during call out days. By working closely with sales and manufacturer to develop a suitable training pack to improve the sales teams technical and commercial knowledge prior to conducting the call out day. Supported by delivering of the training and co-ordinate on the day off the call out.

-Local supplier engagement, marketing product promotion, sales support.-Project owner for supplier reduction plan, going from 220 local source suppliers to 10 local suppliers without loosing revenue.-As responsible for MRO / Test and measurement and in the period before as Product Manager I have in a period of 7 years managed to demonstrated how to generate double digit growth year on year, by focusing, working and inspiring internal and external sales to make demonstrations at customers and by working with vendors across my region, having seminars, creating press releases, advertising, special publications, finding new customers groups and make them aware about potential new demands. For all these activities, I have received several rewords from Vendor Fluke, for best performing distributor in growth, in market share, in advertising and for being the most proactive distributor.

-Responsible for MRO and Test and measurements products-Responsible for local suppliers, product portfolio, legal requirement -Providing product ,data, test, prices for the printed catalogue. -Project owner for implementation of RoHS Weee. -Project owner for supplier reduction plan, going from 220 local source suppliers to 10 local suppliers without loosing revenue.-Responsible for Test and measurement seminars across Scan

-Managing local suppliers performance, negotiating cost price-Responsible for product plus (getting product witch are not in the core offer) -Customers quotes.-Involved In catalogue production.
