Business Analyst with focus on on-going ICMS project within Tele2. ICMS stands for Incentive and Commissions Management System that calculates the amounts Tele2 should pay out to its internal sales organisation and its external sales partners. The payments are calculated based on information received to the system from a large number of systems at Tele2 such as Customer Management, Billing and Provisioning Systems.

Technical Product Manager with focus on on-going SPoC program within Tele2. SPoC stands for Sweden Program of Changes which objective is to migrate from different Customer Management, Order Handling and Billing solutions to a new modern and consolidated solution. The new solution will offer a single invoice to Tele2 customers and enable large operational cost savings and consolidated Customer Operations.

Project Manager for the migration and implementation of a W3D3 diary-system and implementation of a message bus. The project goal was to migrate two legacy systems for keeping diaries into one, that is to be used by the municipal organisation. The project also implemented a message bus for communication with surrounding systems, such as economic systems and GIS-systems.

Test Leader for implementation of W3D3 modifications and a front end integration with BizTalk. The assignment involved planning and coordinating system and integration tests for each new release and ensuring that all documentation is available. Part of the job was also to coach and train junior testers and implementing an efficient test process. The test process covers all test phases during new development as well as during post-launch maintenance.

Business Analyst for a pre-study analysing the future needs and mediation and billing processes at the customer. The purpose of the pre-study was to find alternatives and recommend the best way to enhance the mediation processes. I was responsible for analysing business processes and the technical solutions, identifying problem areas and recommending solutions. The report was delivered on time and the recommendations in the report formed the starting point of a change project.

Strong result oriented sales towards one of the company’s largest accounts with budget responsibility.The position demanded in-depth technical skills and good understanding of the customer’s complex environment and intended solutions.

Installer of Mediation, Fraud, Roaming and Billing systems at our customers sites worldwide. The position meant a close and intimate contact with our customers where good social skills are required. During the years working as an installation resource I learned a great deal about Telecoms which – a knowledge I still maintain as I feel it gives me a competitive edge. The position took me to some 40+ countries all over the world covering almost all continents.
