I started my work at TIBCO Spotfire by heading a newly formed group to deliver solutions on top of the Spotfire platform. In March 2010 we had developed a great agile process for delivering Spotfire Addons and had successfully delivered the TIBCO Spotfire Network Analytics, TIBCO Spotfire for Lead Discovery and TIBCO Spotfire Connector for Pipeline Pilot.From March 2010, I headed the requirements and investigation group within Spotfire Engineering and worked hard to obsolete this team by getting the product managers to take ownership of gathering requirements and adapt the product planning process from Pragmatic Marketing.In 2011, I oversaw the hiring and startup of a successful offshore test team in Pune, India as well as taking over and finishing version 1.0 of the TIBCO Silver Spotfire e-commerce/SaaS product.
