Leader with a strong urge to improve and optimize!Continous improvements is essential to all companies and organizations in order to be relevant and competetive in a disruptive market! My key elements is to with inclusion and leadership build trust and with trust creating sense of urgency. No project is to big not to be adressed and disected into more consumable changes, a common problem is that we are facing two different problems in just get things done.1. We are overloaded with information and tasks in our day to day operation which leads to that we from our own protection hesitates in starting new changes.2. We are all a bit afraid of the effects within the change, how will it be recieved? What could go wrong? etc etc.A common cliché is that you won´t get a new result if you keep on doing in the same way we always has done. It is a cliché but it couldn´t be more true.With years of experience from both high risk operations as a Military Officer and as a senior executive in public, private and govermental owned companies I have learned that we all have known problems in executing change and the only way forward is to face them. My approach is always to face the problem and solve it and not to focus on the symptoms originating from the problem. If we have a knee injury, pain killers will help somewhat but it will not make the injury go away only mitigate the symptoms.
