This is well documented through numerous global customer satisfaction surveys.As General Manager with full P&L responsibility for this business unit, I was in charge of the 2 plants in Denmark manufacturing primary packaging for solid formulations. Area of responsibility covered sales, R&D and project management, logistics/supply chain management, production, QA & QC and customer care center. Furthermore I was part of an international management group being responsible for the overall strategy and execution hereof on behalf of 5 european plants.- Created solid operational performance during the financial crisis- Driving significant improvements in operational excellence like efficiency, waste reduction, quality improvements and cost control- Creating very high customer and employee satisfaction- Turn around of sales organization with significant increase in turnover as result- Above market profitability- Integration of Vision, Mission & Values- Establishment of an additional plant in Denmark - Transfer of UK production site to new plant in Denmark- Implementation of ERP system (SAP)- Procurement & supply chain management

Responsible for R&D, production (Injection moulding, Injection blow moulding, extrusion blow moulding, blow moulding, assembling of two component products), logistics, supply chain, production planning, warehousing & distribution and customer care service. Project management of customer developed products.

Responsible for danish as well as UK production site including R&D, supply chain management, logistics, production planning, procurement, warehousing & distribution and customer care.Supplier negotiations.Establishment of new 11.000 m2 production site in Denmark.Transfer of production from UK to Denmark.Expansions.

Insourcing of production from 5 european based sub-suppliers.Insourcing and consolidation of scandinavian based customer care service centers

Responsible for UK based production of primary plastic packaging (caps and containers) including production planning, production, warehouse, distribution, supply chain management and customer care.

Responsible for production planning, purchasing, warehousing, IT.Repsonsible for Extrusion and injection moulding department.Outsourcing of injection moulded products.Strategy, establishment of new production site.
