Percell has served as Executive Director of Faith Family and Sports a non profit organization that specialized in the management of people capital by developing system deep change agents within the Urban Communities of Charlotte that provoked teens to dream beyond all tangible limitations. Percell was hired on to the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools staffing Initiative as Behavior Modification Specialist to bring Change to one of the nations lowest performing schools at the time. Percell was instrumental in creating a self sustainable high growth environment that brought transformation to the Culture not only of the school but of the community. In three years time Reid Park Elementary went from being 18% proficient in Reading and Math to being 50% and above in both core areas. Percell served as Head Football Coach at Garinger High School and was instrumental in bringing a healthy competitive environment where kids could see there dreams become a reality. Percell Is consider a Solutionist within the Charlotte community and known for developing Progressive Systems of Change wherever he goes. Percell has served a Asst Track Coach at Embry Riddle University specialization in Jumps, Percell established himself as a talented Organizational Leader after receiving the Charlotte Mecklenburg Chief of Police Award for Building a 12 Pillars mentoring program that imparted 12 self governing principles into the hearts and minds of young adults helping them realize there true potential and reach there goals. Percell is the Author of “21st Century Solutions” awakening the Solutionist within. Percell worked as a Software Developer Engineer ap @Amazon Books for 3years and now serves as CEO of Soulution Technology , a business platform he uses to bring Systemic Change to the marketplace.
