After graduating from Kanda Institute of Foreign Languages, I joined OMRON Corporation, where I worked in the Finance Department as a Foreign Exchange Officer for 18 years, as a Human Resources Officer in the Business Division for 7 years from 2011, and as a General Affairs Officer in the Tokyo Office for 4 years from 2014.I moved to Omron Expert Link Corporation when I was promoted to a management position in March 2018. At the company, I worked in corporate planning, public relations, and as a business manager, and retired in September 2022.In October of the same year, I began coaching and consulting as a sole proprietor and working in the back office of a startup company as an outsourcer.
