Create and up-date marketing literature and price books, part numbers.Manage and resolve client issues.Maintain long term client relationships.Assist office staff with day to day issues.Share product and industry knowledge.Contribute to a positive and productive, fun working environment.

Speak with clients to understand their requirements and to understand how we can help them.Receive and review requests for quotes.Provide detailed and accurate quotes and make suggestions as required.Review drawings.Meet with new and current client from time to time to maintain relationships.Revive dormant accounts.Receive feedback.

Look for opportunities to improve incoming product quality.Find new or better products or better sources for products.Help maintain adequate minimum inventory levels where possible.Forward information from suppliers to our sales dept or production teams.Manage and maintain great relationships with our partners.Learn and understand how our suppliers function.

Receive incoming calls from clients (new and existing accounts).Provide costing and review request for quotes.Enter orders in computer system.Provide expected delivery dates to clients and/or coordinating delivery dates as needed with Production.Support sales team.Inside sales for Quebec and Northern Ontario.
