After SAP bought MaXware AS I continued to worked as a consultant through 2007, and in 2008 I started to transition into a member of the development team.Main focus is development of procedures and views supporting the functionality of the IDM solution, as well as performance optimizations and troubleshooting problems. Frequently the technical lead in escalated support cases.Active in supporting the IDM customers and consultants through the SAP Developer Network as well as producing series of blogs on troubleshooting performance issues, and how to avoid performance issues.

January 2007 – July 2007 ( 7 months) Moved back to Norway and continued with MaXware AS after my US Visa expired. Continued working as a consultant in the Identity Management area on a major project in northen europe.September 2001 – December 2006 (5 years 4 months) Worked as a pre/post sales engineer at the US office of MaXware AS, MaXware Inc, for 5 years out of New Jersey, but assignments took me all over the US and Canada.
