I have been working in the garment industry for 37 years from the bottom to a managerial people. Respectively, 31 years experience in woven and knitted items plus 6 years experience in sweater in men's, ladies' and children's wears for most well-known brands of the USA and the EU markets. Besides production working experience, I had experiences of setting up local representative offices in the off-shore countries in Vietnam and Cambodia since 1993 to 2013 plus eastern China offices in Shanghai and Nanjing cities of the Mainland China in 2002.I have been working in the position of Chief Representative in Vietnam and Cambodia for garment trading companies and my duties were to supervise the production merchandising team and to monitor the routine production activities. Recently focusing on production and quality management as in a position of QA director in the factory level. I personnally a self-initiative and hard working people, with the fruitful set-up of the merchandising team, production and quality control sections together with the business relationship built up with the business partners.
