I have a proven track record of achieving excellent results in food cost, waste reduction, controllables, and health inspections, ranking #1 in the region and #2 in the super region for both food costs and retention. I am passionate about creating a great working environment for my team, as well as delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. I have built strong relationships with clients, vendors, and state health inspectors, who often use our store as a training location and dine there frequently. I also handle all schedules, projections, P&Ls, and inventories, ensuring profitability and efficiency. I enjoy new challenges and learning new skills, such as marketing, budgeting, and electrical and electronics engineering. My goal is to continue to grow and excel as a Kitchen Manager at Chuy's Restaurants, and to contribute to the success of the company and the community.
