CurrentAfter close to 3 decades as a corporate executive, I had an epiphany moment when I defined how I wanted to make an even bigger difference in other people's lives in the following 2 decades.I searched for the intersection of three domains:✅ What I was most passionate about, ✅ Which talents I was strong at, and✅ Where I could provide the biggest value to others.The outcome of this process was to launch a second career as a coach and a consultant, specializing on the following two areas:1️⃣ Personal Development: After reviewing the feedback I had received as a corporate leader and my track record as a manager-coach, it became clear that helping corporate leaders develop their interpersonal skills and improve their business results was what I wanted to do. Coaching leaders brought me joy, and it positively impacted the life of others. 2️⃣ Culture Improvement: Having operated in both healthy and unhealthy organizational environments, it became clear to me how I could help create a healthy organizational culture working with leadership teams. It involved training them to achieve behavioral and intellectual alignment, and to operate with higher clarity, productivity and employee engagement.It's now been more than 13 years helping dozens of corporate executives and their teams boost their leadership and teamwork capabilities.
