Percy Rosales is communications and creative professional and an entrepreneur. He has over 18 years experience delivering Multi-Cultural Communications solutions, primarily in the health, non-profit and energy arenas. He is passionate about fostering diversity and helping clients develop highly effective strategies; programs and consumer-centered messages designed to engage and inform audiences and inspire them to take action. Percy is President of Rosales Communications, providing a range of services including consultations on Energy Efficiency, Material Development, Easy-to-Read Translations, Plain Language, Cultural Competence and Community Outreach. He is responsible for all Philadelphia based work. He oversees the Community Outreach programs for PECO in greater Philadelphia area. Percy spends his time outside of work as a board member of Concilio; a non-profit that provides human services to over 9,000 individuals in Philadelphia and convenes important cultural events for the Hispanic community. He also spends time with his family and pursuing various creative media projects.
