25 years of experience in Asia growing technology companies and industry groups from the early stages to profitability and, in some notable cases, very successful exits. Over the last several years my focus has shifted entirely to how to contribute positive impact through ESG and the B Corp framework: a very practical toolset helping companies deliver value to all stakeholders, not just shareholders, and a network of purpose-driven companies committed to using business as a force for good. As a B Corp Ambassador and a certified B Corp consultant I help companies go from intent to real action; turning purpose into practice.I grew up in Sweden but have lived most of my life in Hong Kong and in ‘Greater China’, starting out as a student of Chinese and History of Ideas in Mainland China before moving to Taiwan and then Hong Kong. Entering the job market just as the "mobile revolution" started, most of my career has been within the mobile tech sector where I was given the opportunity to scale up companies, build communities and manage cross-cultural environments with different stakeholder interests.
