Several factors contribute to this issue. Social stigma surrounding mental health conditions often leads to discrimination and misunderstanding, discouraging individuals from seeking help. Additionally, society frequently stigmatizes those who seek mental health care, perceiving them as weak. However, I see strength in these individuals; seeking help is a courageous first step toward healing and recovery. This bravery should be celebrated and supported, as it paves the way for a healthier, more understanding society.My personal journey, witnessing mental health challenges in my own household and among my friends, has shaped my passion for this field. These experiences have fueled my determination to help others who struggle with mental health illnesses. I am deeply committed to using my expertise to support and uplift individuals facing these challenges.
