Passionate about coliving and its potential, I've dedicated my last decade to building out state-of-the-art coliving spaces and initiatives that serve the industry. My goal is to help coliving operators and developers to build meaningful, innovative spaces that bring the best out of people and out of the business.As an entrepreneur, advisor and thinker, I spend my time on four main initiatives:1) As President of Co-Liv (www.co-liv.org), the global non-profit association of coliving professionals, I develop initiatives, content, events, and empower our members to reach their professional goals and establish the coliving scene as an established industry. With our team, we host the yearly MIPIM Co-Liv Summit, attracting the global industry to Cannes in March.2) As founder of Art of Co (www.artof.co), an agency and educational platform to build life-enhancing coliving spaces, I help and advice coliving spaces to improve their resident experiences and manage their operations. The book is based on my research, having visited 70+ coliving spaces worldwide, interviewed 150+ founders and community managers, and interacting with 500+ coliving professionals over the last two years.
