In only five short years, this formerschool teacher and football coach has transformed his real estate brokerage company DreamSpots Leasing from a one-office organization employing six people into three locations with 42employees currently serving the Chicago area.“I used to work for a company that concentrated on the more affluent neighborhoods on theNorth side, explains Carter.
